Contact Database

The OptimumWell program comes complete with a contact database/directory.

This database will store, manage and maintain information on all the personnel that are pertinent to your operation.

This feature will be used in conjunction with many other parts of the OptimumWell program such as:

• Email and Messaging
• Responsibility Designation
• Calender Events
• Reporting / Action Items
• Phone Lists

The contact database allows you to pull and utilize information on those that you work closely with in a quick and efficient manner.
