Preventative Maintenance

Our software has the ability to manage your already existing on-going preventative maintenance (PM) programs. OptimumWell can set up a PM program on a "Time & Task" sensitive rotation that is monitored by our Auto Alert feature.

It has the ability to manage all tasks that are due for review on a time (daily, weekly, monthly,etc.) sensitive rotation that is set in place by upper management.

It will track, monitor and alarm when any PM work is needing to be completed. OptimumWell can look after all the following preventative maintenance measures:

• Pipeline Pigging and Integrity
• Cathodic Protection
• Plunger Lift Inspections
• Rotating Equipment Services and Maintenance
• Pressure Shutdown Equipment

Our PM feature is also capable of maintaining and documenting your on-site safety needs that are vital to your operation. Some options that can be installed on the Optimum Well system are set out below:

• Field Vehicle Inspections

OptimumWell's Preventative Maintenance feature is instrumental in ensuring that all inspections and maintenance are being completed in an appropriate timely manner. This is an excellent way to be proactive rather than reactive.
